While much of GOY fandom is anxious to learn where “The Angel of 8th Ave.” will end up in the TripleJ Hottest 100, the track has a chance to earn another honor in a couple months.
It’s been nominated for Best Single at the Rolling Stone Australia Awards. The band will be going up against the likes of The Kid LAROI, Tones & I, RUFUS DU SOL, Amy Shark and a few others.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for March 30 at The Argyle in Sydney.
You and I won’t have any say in whether “Angel” wins that night, but we do have a say in how the song does in TripleJ’s Hottest 100. This is the last week for fans to vote, and you can do that right here if you haven’t already.
